24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may need it.

If you fail to attend your appointment without reaching out and letting me know, you will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions: I completely understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases please contact me as soon as possible.
