I’m often asked how I continue to do the work I do.
And honestly – for a start, it doesn’t feel like work.
I don’t wake up dragging myself toward it. I don’t have to psych myself up or push through resistance. I feel aligned with it. In my body. In my bones. I know, without question, this is what I’ve come here to do.
We’re now in February, and with the lunar year beginning, a new cycle is underway. This one feels like a call to sovereignty – to live more aligned with who we truly are, not who we’ve learned to be.
That knowing hasn’t come from theory or training alone. It’s come from watching life move.
I’ve always been drawn to cycles. Patterns. Timing. The way things rise, peak, fall apart, and reform. The way people enter your life right when they’re meant to – and leave just as precisely. Even when it hurts. Especially then.
There’s something deeply humbling about watching who stays, who goes quiet, who disappears, and who suddenly appears out of nowhere. I don’t see that as random anymore. I see it as life reorganising itself.
I’m fascinated by the mystery of it all.
Why people do what they do.
Why some repeat the same story for decades.
Why others wake up one day and can’t do it anymore.
I don’t judge it. I watch it. I listen. I feel it.
Family systems have always spoken loudly to me. The invisible loyalties. The roles we inherit without realising. Our unique position in the family. The ways pain travels through generations, gets normalised, defended, excused – and then quietly passed on.
And also the moment when it stops.
The moment someone says: this ends with me.
That’s the kind of healing that moves me. Not surface change. Not coping better. But something deeper shifting – something old finally being put down.
I see synchronicities constantly in my work. People arriving at the exact moment they’re ready. Conversations unfolding that no one could have planned. Truth surfacing when the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let it through.
I don’t force that.
I totally trust it. And it’s such a privilege.
I trust that life has an intelligence to it – one that’s far more precise than the mind or any label we cling to. When I stay in alignment, when I don’t rush or override what feels true, things meet me exactly where they’re meant to.
That’s why I can keep doing this.
Because I’m endlessly curious.
Because I respect the mystery.
And I know I’m not here to fix people – I’m here to witness what happens when something real finally lands, softens or connects.
And because every day, I’m reminded that healing isn’t linear, people aren’t predictable, and life doesn’t operate on a timetable we can control.
It operates on timing.
And I trust that.
