Nothing Changes Until Your State Changes

In my work, I teach people how to shift things in their life. How to stop repeating the same patterns and start seeing real change. These are the principles I come back to again and again. The ones I live by.

  1. It’s all about your vibration

You don’t attract what you say you want. You meet what you’re a match for.

If your system is sitting in tension, uncertainty, or not feeling chosen, that’s what keeps showing up. In relationships, in your work, in your body, in your friendships.

Not what you say. What you live in.

  1. Become aware of where you are

Most people don’t notice their state.

They’re just in it.

Check in. Where am I right now? Am I tight. Am I reactive. Am I off.

Because whatever state you’re in is what you’re bringing into everything.

  1. Stop feeding what you don’t want

If you keep going over what’s not working, what didn’t happen, what someone didn’t do, you stay in it.

You keep it alive.

At some point you have to stop giving it your energy.

  1. Always come back to your breath

When you feel yourself go, come back.

Slow your breath. Let your body settle.

You can’t choose well when you’re activated. This is where people make decisions they regret.

  1. Get out of your head

Catch yourself when you start to intellectualise or over analyse.

Looping around the same thing will take you further away from your body every time.

You don’t need to think more.

Your body knows very quickly if something is right or not. With people. With work. With what you’re doing to yourself.

That’s where the clarity is.

  1. Keep it simple

People complicate what is already clear.

If something isn’t working, you feel it.
If someone isn’t meeting you, you feel it.
If your body is off, you feel it.

You don’t need to explain it or soften it.

You either stay and accept it, or you move on.

  1. Let things move

You’re going to feel things.

Disappointment. Attraction. Frustration.

Let the energy move through.

If you hold onto it, it turns into a story. And then you start making decisions from that.

  1. Be clear about what you stay connected to

Not everything deserves your time.

People, environments, conversations, habits.

If it drains you, it’s not for you.

Connect with people who inspire you by how they live.

Be around those who are grounded, clear, and aligned with themselves.

Some things don’t need more time. They need a decision.

  1. Set the tone early

The moment your feet hit the floor, make a decision that sets a positive tone for your day.

Choose to be happy.

Not because everything is perfect, but because you’re not going to hand your state over to everything around you.

That decision carries into everything that follows.

  1. Stay in integrity

You know more than you think you do.

You can feel when something isn’t right. In a relationship. In a friendship. In your work. In your body.

The problem isn’t not knowing.

It’s not acting on it.

Every time you go against what you know, your energy drops.

Every time you back yourself, something shifts.

And my final words of wisdom…

Really enjoy your own company. Be comfortable in your own space and accept yourself completely. The more settled you are within yourself, the less you look outside for something to complete you.

Learn to laugh at yourself. This is crucial. When you take everything seriously, you tighten and get pulled off centre.

Sort things out with your family of origin. Take your rightful place in your family. This is the foundation of everything. I say this to clients all the time. When that is out of place, everything else becomes harder. Relationships, direction, especially how you feel in yourself.

And believe in something greater than you. Great Spirit, God, the Universe, or Life Force. When you stop trying to control everything and allow yourself to be supported by something bigger, things begin to open up.

That’s where things start to shift in a real way.

So, pick one thing in your life that doesn’t feel right.

Today, take one clear action on it.

Send the message. Have the conversation. Step back.

Stay grounded. Stay in your body.

Keep choosing what actually moves your life forward in a positive way.
